SHIPPING & RETURNS
Your statutory rights are not affected by our Returns Policy. To the extent that any provision in our Returns Policy conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail and the offending provision in our Returns Policy will be deemed inapplicable.
ADAM Ventures LLP, as an online reseller of products, is committed to your happiness. We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are, in serving you. If you’re not happy for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 10 days of your order delivery date (Please note some categories are not eligible for return. You can find a list of these categories in the next section).
To be eligible for a refund, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition i.e., the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the packaging intact. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items.

To complete your refund, we require a supporting proof for the condition of the product it was received in (in case product was damaged).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Post quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original mode of payment or to the account details shared.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Exceptions will only be made in case of issues with product quality.
Points to be noted –
- All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with
- Any damage caused due to neglect, improper usage of will not eligible for refund
- All quantities of same SKU to be returned
- No exchange requests will be entertained
- In case of transit damages, refunds will only be considered if supporting proofs are shared with customer care team
- No replacements/refunds will be entertained for any technical damage in product and will be transferred to respective brands for their assistance. Jaab.in will be happy to connect you with respective brand support but holds no liability for any such cases.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Jaab.in holds no liability for any 3rd party promotions and rights to refund/ replace will remain with Jaab.in. We do not offer refunds for sale items.
